After Sales Service Policy

 

Warranty

 

All our products come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty provided by the manufacturer to the original purchaser. The manufacturer's warranty covers the replacement and repair of defective parts. After one year, payment is required for replacement parts.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

 

Customers seeking refunds must pay for shipping to any service center. After receiving the returned product,we wil process the refund. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, instructions, warranty cards (unfilled), and all accessories. For damaged, altered, or missing items, including those with tape or writing, we will charge the original purchase price. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.

 

 

After-Sales Repairs

 

Contact the manufacturer to determine the type of after-sales service needed and identify the defective parts. Please send the defective parts to any service center. We will then send new parts for replacement from the nearest location.
